New type Thin film + fractional distillation refining and regenerating base oil technology of Carclazyte, New type Thin film + fractional distillation + NMP refining and regenerating base oil technology, the products has reached the international API standards.

The company is committed to Technology First, Quality First principle. Process calculation, equipment calculation and simulation test are carried out for each set of the technology and equipment. The design software used included: Aspen,Pro2,HTRI, HExtran, SW-6, CAD, Plant 3D.

First. Project overview

    This project is a brand new one. Using waste oil as raw material, diesel oil is produced through the process of atmospheric and vacuum pressure + thin film + rectification and gas phase directional cracking. The diesel oil is refined in the later stage to obtain qualified products. Annual processing amount of waste oi ? ton. Diesel products can be produced ? tons.

3.Materials selection of pipeline equipment: Materials selection of equipment and pipelines should be carried out according to the low sulfur corrosive acid value of 1.0mgKOH/g

5.Composition of device
Rectification process
The device is composed of pretreatment part, heat exchange part, atmospheric and decompression part, gas phase directional cracking part, high vacuum film rectification part and vacuum system.
Refining process
Refining consists of two parts: degumming and liquid catalyst.

      The product scheme of the plant is light component oil diesel - vacuum residue scheme.
The main products are as follows:
